Enjoy a fun afternoon learning how to bake the Italian way! The perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon and hone your pastry skills!
In this two hour masterclass, in the beautiful surroundings of ‘SAVOUR’ cafe and Chocolate studio in West Bridgford, Nottingham, Lorena will expertly guide you through the process of making traditional Crostatine di Frutta. From making, shaping and baking the perfect sweet crostata pastry, mastering the art of a delicious and creamy crema pasticcera and filling and decorating your tartlets with perfection. You will leave with a delicious box of pastries that you have made, the recipe and all the professional tips to create these delicious summer fruit tarts in your own kitchen.
The afternoon will consist of part demonstration and lots of hands-on participation, and includes all the necessary ingredients and equipment you will need. So prepare to role your sleeves up, get your hands dirty and create some delicious authentic Italian pastries you can take home and devour!
The ticket entitles 1 person to participate. You will receive a drink provided by Savour during the workshop (along with the opportunity to purchase any further ones you may want), and you will get to take home your box of pastries to enjoy, along with a full recipe card and branded apron so that you can recreate what you make at home.

HEALTH AND SAFETY: All participants should wear, flat non slip shoes with covered toes. Please wear suitable comfortable clothing (No loose/baggy sleeves), leave jewellery at home and tie hair back for the purposes of hygiene. An apron will be provided but we are not liable for damage to personal clothing or loss of personal items.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Spaces are limited so once paid, tickets are non-refundable. If the workshop is canelled by Pasticceria Lorena or the venue participants will have the option to either transfer the booking to a future workshop or get a full refund.
AGE & LEVEL: This workshop is suitable for those aged 15 years and above, with a keen interest in baking but no prior experience is required. All under 18’s must be accompanied by a paying Adult.
