SUMMER CROSTATA BOX (SMALL) - (For collection or local delivery on Saturday 2nd August 2025)
When summer fruits are in season, there is nothing more refreshing and delicious on a hot day than a fruit tart. July and August are the season for figs and I have the most incredible harvest this year in my very own garden, so I thought I would treat you to a bake that celebrates this plump, sweet and irresistible fruit along with a tart that brings all the zest and zing!!!

Vanilla crostata pastry tart filled with a vanilla crema pasticcera and topped with sweet home-grown fresh glazed figs.
2 xLemon and Raspberry Crostata (Dessert-size)
Lemon crostata pastry tart filled with a limoncello crema pasticcera and topped with fresh glazed raspberries.

Ingredients
Butter (MILK), 00 (WHEAT) flour, Icing sugar, lemon zest, egg yolks (EGG), whole MILK, granulated sugar, pork gelatine, vanilla bean paste including; sugar, water, vanilla extract, vanilla seeds, tragacanth) cornflour, custard powder including maize starch, salt, flavouring, colour (annatto) Bon cremi zuppa inglese flavouring including: sugar, water, glucose syrup, cornflour, flavourings, colours E102 and E124, may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Toppings: Fresh seasonal figs and Raspberries glazed with apricot jam including; Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Apricots, Acidity Regulators (Citric acid, Sodium Citrates), Gelling Agent (Pectins). Lemon curd ( including; sugar, free range EGG, concentrated lemon juice, preservatives Sodium METASULPHITES, salted butter MILK, water, gelling agent Agar, lemon oil.
